This page explains what we do with the information you send us. It is short, because we do very little with it.
Who we are. Eco-Renovation UK, based in Hemel Hempstead, Hertfordshire. You can reach us at info@eco-renovation.co.uk or on 01442 460 136.
What we collect. Only what you choose to send us. If you fill in a form on this site, that is your name, your email address, your telephone number if you give one, and whatever you write in the message. If you email or ring us instead, it is whatever you tell us. We do not ask for anything else, and there is nothing on this site that collects information about you in the background.
What we use it for. Replying to you, and carrying out the work if you go ahead with us. Nothing else. We do not send marketing emails, and we do not sell, share or pass your details to anyone for their own use.
How the form reaches us. The enquiry forms on this site are handled by Formspree, a form service that passes your message on to our inbox. Your message travels through their systems to reach us. They act on our instructions and do not use your details for their own purposes.
How long we keep it. We do not delete enquiries and correspondence. A job on an old building can come back to us years later, and the history of what was discussed and what was done is often the useful thing. If you would rather we removed your details, email us and we will.
Cookies and tracking. This site sets no cookies of its own, and there is no analytics, advertising or tracking on it. Nothing follows you from page to page, and nothing about your visit is sent anywhere.
Fonts. The typefaces on this site are served by Google Fonts, which means your browser requests them from Google when a page loads. Google receives the request, including your IP address, as it would for any file your browser fetches from another site.
Your rights. You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email info@eco-renovation.co.uk and we will deal with it. If you are not happy with how we have handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
